Norman, OK 12-30-2005

Volusia Speedway Park was the stage that determined the 2005 World of Outlaws Late Model Series Championship for the stars and cars of the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. On Feb. 16 and Feb. 18, the WoO Late Model Series race teams will return to the half-mile facility as part of the ‘35th Annual Winternationals’.

The World of Outlaws Late Model Series 2006 season promises to be one of the most competitive in history as it enters its 3rd year of thrilling fans. With Volusia only a little more than 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, Fla., and all of the racing action on Florida’s Atlantic coast, fans no doubt will be the biggest winners during ‘Speed Weeks’, especially considering the schedule of events.

DIRT MOTORSPORTSTM ANNOUNCES $850,000 POINTS FUND
FOR 2006 WORLD OF OUTLAWS SPRINT CAR SERIES

NORMAN, OK, December 29, 2005 / Business Wire / DIRT MotorSportsTM (DIRT) (OTCBB: DMSP) announced that when the green flag drops on the World of Outlaws® Sprint Car Series 2006 season in February, teams will be chasing their share of an $850,000 points fund. For the first time in the 29-year history of the World of Outlaws, the top 20 teams in the final 2006 points standings will be rewarded at the annual end-of-the-year banquet in Las Vegas, an increase of two positions from the 2005 record of 18 points-paying positions. The 2006 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Champion will receive $200,000 with the runner-up collecting $100,000.

“The increase to $850,000 is consistent with the objectives of our business plan to expand the depth of our points fund in order to continue to encourage and support local teams and drivers who run on a weekly basis to continue to race,” said Paul A. Kruger, DIRT Chairman and CEO. “Though the Outlaws are a recognized national touring series it’s important for DIRT to always recognize the grass-roots racing across the country.”

“In 2005 we increased the points-paying positions from 15 to 18 spots,” said DIRT Vice President and CFO Brian Carter. “For 2006, the top 20 drivers will receive points money at the end of the season. Our goal in expanding the paid positions is to encourage the drivers who might not race in every event to race in a few more events and have the opportunity to participate in the financial rewards at the end of the season.”

The 2006 season will launch on Feb. 9 at the DIRT-owned Volusia Speedway Park, Barberville, FL. From there, the World of Outlaws national touring teams will embark on a nine-month race to the finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, where the points payout will be determined and distributed at the annual banquet.

DIRT MOTORSPORTSTM ANNOUNCES WORLD OF OUTLAWS® TRADITION GROWS
WITH 2006 EVENT AT WASHINGTON’S SKAGIT SPEEDWAY

NORMAN, OK, December 21, 2005 / Business Wire / For the past 12 years, DIRT MotorSportsTM (DIRT) (OTCBB: DMSP) World of Outlaws® Sprint Car Series has raced its way through the Pacific Northwest in late August. That tradition will continue in 2006 as the greatest collection of sprint car drivers in the world will have a homecoming at Skagit Speedway in Alger, WA.

DIRT MotorSports, in conjunction with Funtime Promotions, announced the return of the World of Outlaws to its original home track in the Northwest for a two-night, $25,000-to-win event August 25-26. From “pasture racing” in the early 1950s to a trend-setting complex in the new millennium, with seating for 10,000 fans Skagit Speedway is a first-class racing facility that also is host of the Jim Raper Memorial Dirt Cup, one of sprint car racing’s richest events with a $135,000 purse.

“Skagit is the anchor of the Northwest swing for the Outlaws,” said Paul A. Kruger, DIRT Chairman and CEO. “And we are excited to be working with Steve Beitler who is a respected promoter as well as owner of this premier family-oriented facility.”

Steve Beitler, Skagit’s owner and promoter as well as a long-time World of Outlaws competitor who was honored in 1992 by the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame’s North America Sprint Car Poll for his Outstanding Contribution to the sport, has worked hard to bring the Outlaws back to the 3/10-mile high-banked oval. The track was part of the inaugural Outlaws season in 1978 and Beitler is thrilled to see his efforts pay off at a facility that supports 410 sprint cars on a weekly basis.

“With the caliber of race teams in the area, this will be a competitive homecoming for the World of Outlaws Sprint Series,” said DIRT MotorSports VP of Race Operations Shane Carson. “The late Jim Raper truly had a vision and Steve Beitler has continued to build on that.”

“The World of Outlaws has always been special to me,” Beitler said. “Having raced with them full-time for more than six years, and now promoting an event for them, that’s quite an honor. I appreciate the effort put forth by the teams following this series. I wanted to make this event special, so I put up $25,000 to win. That’ll definitely make it interesting.

“After meeting with Dirt MotorSports last summer, I was very impressed with their business plan, and hiring Shane Carson was the best thing they could do. He has a solid reputation as a driver, promoter and businessman.

“The fans and racers of Skagit Speedway deserve to have the World of Outlaws at their home track. I am looking forward to a long and successful relationship.”
