Randy Laws, of North Wilkesboro, N.C., won Food Lion AutoFair's Best
of Show award Sunday afternoon as the world's largest automotive
extravaganza concluded at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Law began restoring the
classic 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air a year and a half ago with his wife.
