Excitement Building for Commonwealth 100,

Tickets on Sale for April 13-14th Mega Event

WAYCROSS, GA (March 14, 2012) - Anticipation is running high for the $25,000-to-win Third Annual Commonwealth 100 scheduled for April 13th and 14th at Bill Sawyer's Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, VA. This year's event will have a new twist, as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will now sanction the $25,000 to win two-day event. The weekend will also include a $3000 to win non-qualifiers race to give more racers a chance to make some money that weekend.

Not only is this event shaping up to be one of the biggest events of the year to attend, but Lucas Oil Studios will also be on hand to tape the event. The Commonwealth 100 at Virginia Motor Speedway on April 13-14th will be the first televised event in 2012 for the LOLMDS. The event will air on both SPEED and NBC Sports Network in 2012. The SPEED Channel will air the event on May 13th at 6PM EST while NBC Sports Network will air the event on June 10 at 6PM EST.

Race fans can expect to see the best in national and regional dirt late model drivers for this highly anticipated event. Defending Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Champion Jimmy Owens, Scott Bloomquist, Earl Pearson Jr., Don O'Neal, Steve Francis, Ray Cook, John Blankenship, Jared Landers, Tyler Reddick, Eric Wells, Terry Casey, Austin Hubbard, and Jonathan Davenport are just a few of the series regulars expected to compete. Joining those national stars will be defending race winner Steve Shaver, Booper Bare, Ricky Elliott, Jason Covert, Jamie Lathroum, and a host of other regional hot shoes competing for the top prize.

"When you look at the car counts and the exciting racing that was put on during Florida Speedweeks it only gets you amped and excited to have the best dirt late model drivers in the country headed to Virginia for what we feel is going to be the best Commonwealth 100 yet," commented track General Manager Clarke Sawyer.

Fans have until April 1st to grab one of the best deals in dirt Late Model racing - a two-day advance adult ticket for just $30; Senior / Military are $27 and students (7-17) just $15. All tickets are general admission. No reserved seats will be sold for the event. Fans can purchase tickets by visiting www.vamotorspeedway.com, downloading the advance ticket order form and sending it to the track with a money order or cashier's check (no personal checks), or by calling the speedway office at 804-758-1867 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and using a Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card.

Drivers, meanwhile, can also save by entering the Commonwealth 100 prior to the early-entry deadline of April 1. The $150 early-entry fee not only saves racers $50 off the regular $200 entry fee but also includes a two-day driver pit pass worth $50.

The Commonwealth 100 weekend kicks off on Friday, April 13th, with time trials, heat races, while B-Mains, the 30-lap Non-Qualifiers' Race, and the 100-lap feature event take center stage on Saturday, April 14th. A rain-date of Sunday, April 15th, has been established for the event.

"The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series is excited and pumped up about sanctioning the "Commonwealth 100" this year. Not only is the Virginia Motor Speedway one of the finest facilities in the country, this event is really shaping up to be a huge event for both fans and racers. Were also very happy to be bringing the Lucas Oil Studios trucks to the event to tape it for broadcast on both SPEED and NBC Sports Network. The entire staff and Sawyer family are really great people to work with and track owners and promoters all over the country should copy what they do at Virginia Motor Speedway. The two day advanced ticket prices are really a great bargain for the caliber of show the fans will get to see", stated Ritchie Lewis, series director.

To learn more about the "Commonwealth 100" and Bill Sawyer's Virginia Motor Speedway fans may call the Speedway office at (804) 758-1VMS or visit the track's web site at www.vamotorspeedway.com.

Indiana Icebreaker March 24th Next For

Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series

WAYCROSS, GA (March 10, 2012) - What has become a spring-time tradition in the Midwest will take place with the running of the "15thAnnual Indiana Icebreaker" on Saturday, March 24th w. The event is sponsored by Bryan Bowman Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge of Seymour, IN and will take place at Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN. The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned event will pay $10,000 to win and $800 to start. A large field of drivers from all over the country is expected to compete in the annual event with a strong group of both regional and national stars converging on the ╝ mile track.

The LOLMDS first sanctioned the event at the Tim and Farrah Keithley-promoted Jackson County Fairgrounds facility in 2006 with 4-time series champion, Earl Pearson Jr. of Jacksonville, FL scoring the victory. Pearson has been joined by other current LOLMDS regulars Don O'Neal of Martinsville, IN, Terry Casey of New London, WI, Jimmy Owens of Newport, TN and last year's winner, Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, TN in taking home the Indiana Icebreaker trophy.

Bloomquist will enter the race looking for his fourth consecutive win at the historic half-mile track. Bloomquist, who notched his 500th career win in the 2010 Jackson 100 at Brownstown, has captured the last two Jackson 100's and the 2011 Indiana Icebreaker. He is coming off of a season where he set a LOLMDS record for victories in one season with 15.

It will be the LOLMDS first-event since the successful DART Winternationals at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL last month was completed. Dennis Erb Jr. of Carpentersville, IL, will come into the event leading the LOLMDS championship point's standings. 2011 LOLMDS Champion Jimmy Owens is currently in 2nd in the series national points standings and will be looking to earn his first series win of 2012.

While the nation's premier dirt late model series brings several of the top drivers in the country to Brownstown on March 24th, there will be two competitors racing there for the first time. Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, GA and Austin Hubbard of Seaford, DE who both will be LOLMDS tour regulars in 2012, will receive their Brownstown baptism against a strong field of national and regional competitors.

"We're excited to be going back to Brownstown Speedway this year. Tim Keithley and his entire staff are really great to work with and that place always provides some great racing action. Were excited about the 2012 season and our talent pool of drivers that plan to follow the series this year. The level of competition continues to increase every year and it's always exciting to see the national stars line up against some really tough regional and local racers as we travel across the country. Brownstown just might produce a big upset this year", stated Ritchie Lewis, series director.

Fifty-three (53) different drivers entered the weeklong Dart Winternationals in 2012, providing fans some of the most exciting racing action in recent years at East Bay Raceway Park. Erb's lone win of the week came during Friday night's rain delayed 50-lap feature event. Erb charged through the field after pitting on lap 3, after a caution when he tangled with Austin Hubbard. Erb restarted 23rd and masterfully moved through the field. He was in 3rd place with three laps to go when the final caution appeared. Erb charged to the outside lane on the restart, passing both Randy Korte and Tyler Reddick in the same corner to take the lead on lap 48 and went on to the win. Erb posted four Top-5 finishes during the week. His worst finish all week was 9th on opening night. Erb beat Steve Francis by a mere 10 points to win the 36th Annual Dart Winternationals Championship.

Steve Francis of Ashland, KY drove the Barry Wright House Car powered by a Clements Racing Engine during the Dart Winternationals, and picked up two wins. Francis Fends Off Owens in Classic East Bay Finish

TAMPA, FL (February 18, 2012) - Steve Francis of Ashland, KY outdueled defending Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series National Champion, Jimmy Owens of Newport, TN in an exciting finish at East Bay Raceway Park. Francis picked up $10,000 for his win in the finale of the 36th Annual DART Winternationals. He scored his second win of the week, in doing so. The duo was followed by Don O'Neal of Martinsville, IN; Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, TN; and Dennis Erb Jr. of Carpentersville, IL. Erb earned the week-long DART Winternationals Championship. He won $5,000 for his efforts.

He had to withstand Owens' repeated efforts over the last four laps after a caution came out for Jason Riggs. On the restart Owens tried the inside of Francis several times, but Francis repelled him at each turn. Francis also won the Thursday night installment of the Winternationals. O'Neal was able to get by Bloomquist on the 60th and final lap to claim third after pitting for fresh tires on lap 27.

"I want to apologize to Donnie (Moran) for getting into him. I knew we had a good car in open air, I was trying not to make a mistake and let Scott or Jimmy get by me. We were just looking for a caution to clear the track in front of us. I can't say enough about Barry and Lance Wright. This team got together so late in the game, we have had to work our tails off to get ready. I was racing in Australia just a few weeks ago," said Francis, who captured his tenth career win at East Bay.

"The Barry Wright Race Cars and the Clements Engines have been great this week. We could've won a couple more of these without the flat tires, but we'll never know. Luckily they all held air tonight," said the 44-year-old driver embarking on his second year with the LOLMDS. "I want to thank VP Race Fuels, Valvoline, Nichols Plumbing, AES Racing, Jri Shocks, and Mathis Farms."

Completing the top ten were Duke Whiseant of Texarkana, AR; Scott Creel of Franklinton, LA; Earl Pearson Jr. of Jacksonville, FL; Austin Hubbard of Seaford, DE; and Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, GA.

In preliminary action John Blankenship took the Red Buck Cigars Fast Time award amongst the 41 entrants. Heat races were won by Donnie Moran, Randy Korte, Terry Casey, and Steve Francis. Duke Whiseant and Austin Hubbard won the B-Mains. Rookie Late Model driver, Shelby Miles captured the PRC Strawberry Dash.

The next Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event will be on Saturday Night, March 24th at Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN. The "Indiana Icebreaker" will pay $10,000 to win. For more information log onto www.brownstownspeedway.com.

Erb Rebounds for Exciting Win at East Bay on Friday Night

TAMPA, FL (February 17, 2012) - Battling back from an early caution, Dennis Erb Jr. of Carpentersville, IL had the fans on their feet as he captured Friday night's exciting 50-lap DART Winternationals event. Erb took the lead on lap 48 and roared to the finish in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned race.

Erb originally started 14th on the grid, but tangled with Austin Hubbard on lap three. This brought out the first caution of the race. Erb pitted, changed a tire, and restarted in 23rd position. He then charged through the field, and passed Randy Korte of Highland, IL on lap 47. Erb got around both Korte and Tyler Reddick at the same time. He powered away and took his Bloomquist Race Cars #28 to victory lane for the second time in his career at East Bay.

"I still can't believe it," said Erb in Lucas Oil Victory Lane for the second time ever. He was shell-shocked as he spoke with series announcer, James Essex. "I saw what (Steve) Francis did the night before and decided my car would work up top as well. I drove around them on the high side, and was able to carry my momentum passed them. I want to thank McBride Mack, PRC, Allstar Performance, Petersen Aluminum, Ohlins, and VP Fuels for their support."

"The deal earlier in the race with Hubbard, it was just a racing thing. I decided to pit and bolt on a new tire, knowing that I was taking a gamble, and it paid off. I knew my car was working pretty well this week and the Vic Hill Racing Engine performed flawlessly. Heather (Lyne) has been working hard and I am really pleased how things turned out tonight."

Korte was in the hunt for his first ever series and East Bay win. He looked like he was headed for victory lane until a caution came out with 47 laps complete. Korte had worked his way up from starting 12th in the Riggs Motorsports, Clearwave Communications, Rocket Chevrolet. He took the lead from Steve Francis with less than five laps to go. Korte came home in second, his best career finish in LOLMDS competition.

Reddick wound up third in the Broken Bow Records, Gaerte Racing Engines, Bloomquist Race Cars mount. He was followed by Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, GA. Davenport had led the first 33 laps until Francis passed him. He grabbed fourth in the Bowyer Motorsports, Roush-Yates Racing Engines, Barry Wright Toyota. Donnie Moran of Dresden, OH rounded out the top five in his Custom Cutters, Malcuit Racing Engines, and MasterSbilt Chevrolet.

Completing the top ten were Austin Hubbard of Seaford, DE; Ray Cook of Brasstown, NC; Jimmy Owens of Newport, TN; Eric Wells of Hazard, KY; and John Blankenship of Williamson, WV.

In preliminary action Steve Francis was the Red Buck Cigar's Fast Qualifier amongst the 42 entrants. Heat race winners were Terry Casey, Jonathan Davenport, Don O'Neal, and Shelby Miles. Eric Wells and Eric Jacobsen captured the B-mains.

The final night of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series 36th Annual DART Winternationals is set for Saturday night, February 18th. There will be a $10,000 payday on the line for the winner of the 60-lap feature. Hot laps will begin at 6 PM, followed by Red Buck Cigar Time Trials, and Heat Race action at 7 PM. Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series Title Contenders

Are Ready for 2012

WAYCROSS, GA (February 17th, 2012) - The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series National Championship race begins today, Friday February 17th at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL. Friday's event will include a 50-lap feature, paying $10,000 to the winner. There will be a 60-lap feature, paying $10,000 to win on Saturday night February 18th. The first four nights of the 36th Annual DART Winternationals have been non-points events for the nation's premier dirt late model touring series.

Coming off of a season where the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series stars won the majority of the "crown-jewel" events in all of dirt late model racing, the series contenders hope to get off to a great start in this year's chase for the nation's premier title. The first four nights have been packed with exciting racing action, on the famed "Clay by the Bay". The drivers have been fine-tuning their machines during the first four nights of the 36th DART Winternationals. All of the teams and drivers are preparing for the battle to continue as the nation's toughest championship chase gets underway tonight. Series stars Don O'Neal of Martinsville, IN; Ray Cook of Brasstown, NC; and Steve Francis of Ashland, KY have visited victory lane in other non-sanctioned events. All three drivers have also entered victory lane this week during the "non-points" nights of the DART Winternationals.

O'Neal visited victory lane during the January events in Arizona. He has already picked up two wins, on Monday and Tuesday night, at the DART Winternationals earlier this week. He says East Bay is one of his favorite tracks. "We have always run well here over the years," said the veteran driver who pilots the MasterSbilt House Car based out of Crothersville, IN. "It has been great so far this week and we need to get off to a running start in the points nights down here and keep our momentum going," said O'Neal, who finished third in last year's series points' chase.

Ray Cook has gotten off to a good start this year by winning the "Ice Bowl" event in Alabama back in January. He also won Wednesday night's non-points event during the DART Winternationals. Cook is again piloting the D&R Racing, MasterSbilt Chassis, #53. Cook's win earlier this week was the second win in his career at East Bay.

Francis is coming off a couple of wins in Australia and is behind the wheel of the Barry Wright house-car in 2012. Francis has eight career wins at East Bay coming into 2012, and has already notched another win on Thursday night, February 16th. He is poised to improve on his 2011 fourth-place finish in the championship chase. "We want to get off to a better start than last year. I have a lot of confidence racing here, with one win already this week. So far the races this week have been amazing. With this Barry Wright and Clements Engines program, we think we are headed in the right direction for 2012."

In 2011, there were six different winners in the six races contested at East Bay Raceway Park with three drivers scoring their first ever dirt late model wins at East Bay. First time winners included Brad Neat of Dunnville, KY; Tyler Reddick of Corning, CA; and Jimmy Owens of Newport, TN. Last year Reddick became the youngest driver not only to win a Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series event at age 15, but also the youngest to ever win at East Bay. Reddick went on to finish second in the Quarter Master Rookie of the Year standings and finished tenth in the overall championship point standings.

Jimmy Owens made his 2012 debut on Thursday night at East Bay Raceway Park. Owens is coming off of his national championship title win from 2011 along with his first visit to victory lane in a super late model during the 35th DART Winternationals. Owens finished every points paying race on the LOLMDS tour last year and enters this season focused on winning more races while hunting another championship. "Last year our goal was to be consistent and finish good every night and not fall out of any races. We accomplished that, and this year we would like to win more races and see how the points play out. Our East Bay program got a whole lot better last year and we feel this year we will be even better", stated Owens.

Another contender and two time series champion, Scott Bloomquist, said his East Bay program has been a focal point of the team for a while now. "We used to come here and experiment with stuff. But the last few years, we've taken it more seriously, and it's paid off. With two full points' races this year, it's imperative to get off to a good start." In 2011, Bloomquist won a series-record 15 events and finished second in the championship points' race.

Pearson, the four time LOLMDS champion, is again driving the Bobby Labonte Motorsports, Longhorn Chassis in 2012. He has two career wins at East Bay and is staged to get back into victory lane.

Other Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series drivers will search for their first ever wins at East Bay Raceway Park, including 2011 Quarter Master Rookie of the Year, Jared Landers of Batesville, AR; John Blankenship of Williamson, WV; and Eric Wells of Hazard, KY.

The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series has put up a weeklong DART Winternationals Points Fund, which will pay $5,000 to the driver that competes all six nights and earns the most points. The top ten drivers in the weeklong DART Winternationals point standings will receive awards for their efforts on Saturday night after the final event of the 36th Annual DART Winternationals.

Incredible Finish Goes to Francis at East Bay

TAMPA, FL (February 16, 2012) - Steve Francis passed Austin Hubbard coming off of turn four on the final lap of tonight's 35-lap DART Winternationals feature. Francis took home $7,000 for his win. In a thrilling finish, Hubbard finished second, followed by Dennis Erb Jr., Don O'Neal, and Jared Landers. With the win, Francis notched his ninth career victory at East Bay Raceway Park and his sixth career Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series triumph.

The main events have been packed with excitement all week. Tonight fans saw another "barn-burner" of a main event. Hubbard was poised to win his first-ever win at East Bay and his first Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series victory when he took the lead on lap 13 from Erb.

The young driver led the field for most of the race until a caution came out on lap 33. This set up a two-lap showdown between Hubbard and Francis. Hubbard dashed out in front of Francis on the restart and led until the final turn. Francis took to the outside groove of the track and powered out of turn four. The crowd jumped to their feet and roared with excitement as the pair came across the finish line with Francis barely ahead of Hubbard.

"I have to thank my Crew Chief Lance Wright, under that last caution he signaled for me to go to the top of the track. It looked like there was enough moisture in the track tonight, even at the end, so I knew Lance was right. I was able to get into three and four really well. He (Hubbard) left a small opening on the outside, I took it and was just fortunate enough to get by him," said the 44-year old.

"I want to thank Barry Wright and everybody at the race shop, Clements Race Engines, Valvoline, Nichols Plumbing, JRi Shocks, Mathis Farms, and AES Racing for all of their support. The deal for me to drive for Barry didn't come together until mid-December, and I am really glad that it did."

Francis will be following the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series full-time again this year. His 2012 season is off to an excellent start with this win. "It's good to finally be back in victory lane here at East Bay, it's been a few years. One thing's for certain, we aren't going winless this year," said a smiling Francis. "The track has been in excellent shape all week thanks to Al, Todd, and the entire crew here at East Bay. They have finished in a timely fashion and had some great racing."

Ray Cook Wins Thriller at DART Winternationals

TAMPA, FL (February 15, 2012) - Ray Cook of Brasstown, NC returned to victory lane at East Bay Raceway Park on Wednesday Night after an action packed 35-lap feature. The win was his first in 12 years at the track. Cook took the lead for good on lap 31 from Steve Francis of Ashland, KY to win night number three of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned DART Winternationals.

Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, GA passed Francis on the final lap to finish second. Francis ran the last several laps of the race with a flat right front tire. He barely edged out Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, TN for third. Dennis Erb Jr. of Carpentersville, IL rounded out the top five.

In a spirited race for the top spot, three drivers took turns at leading the event. Davenport led the first four laps until Francis took over the lead. Francis then held the "point" until Cook got by on lap 15. Cook rallied from his fourth place starting spot to hold the lead until Francis forged back ahead on lap 23. Cook kept pace with Francis, constantly applying pressure for the lead. Cook finally managed to get by Francis, after the right front tire on Francis' car began to go flat.

"It just goes to show you that anything is possible with the Lord," said the elated Cook in Lucas Oil Victory Lane. "These MasterSbilt Race Cars have run well the first three nights down here with O'Neal winning twice and now us. This whole team has been working extremely hard to get us here tonight. I would to thank Gary Winger with Integra Shocks, American Racer Tires, and everyone that supports this team," said Cook. This was his tenth career win in Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competition.

Reminiscing on his first and only win at East Bay that came 12 years ago, Cook said, "We started 21st and it was a 100-lapper. Even though we started fourth tonight, it sure wasn't any easier, given the quality of the competition down here this time. We've started off great this season and we hope to continue the momentum for the rest of the year," said the 40-year-old driver.

A+ Moving and Storage, VP Racing Fuels, Keyser Mfg., GW Performance, PRC, Hicks & Ingle Company, and Superior Cleaning sponsor Cook's D&R Motorsports number 53.

Don O'Neal was trying to win three in a row this week. He jumped the cushion in turn two on the first lap and slipped back to fifth. Cook started behind O'Neal and took advantage of O'Neal's slip. "Any time you get a chance to get by O'Neal, you take it. He's been running so well this week."

Davenport secured a second place finish for the Clint Bowyer Motorsports, Roush-Yates Racing Engines, Barry Wright Toyota. Francis hung on to finish third in the Valvoline, Clements Racing Engines, Barry Wright Chevrolet. Bloomquist made a last lap surge to get around the fading Francis, but came up just short. He finished fourth in the Hawkeye Trucking, Roush-Yates Racing Engines, Bloomquist Race Cars Ford. Erb, who started 14th, finished fifth in his McBride Mack, Vic Hill Racing Engines, Bloomquist Race Cars entry.

Completing the top ten were Eric Jacobsen of Seacliffe Beach, CA; John Blankenship of Williamson, WV; Terry Casey of New London, WI; Donnie Moran of Dresden, OH; and Randy Korte of Highland, IL.

In preliminary action Don O'Neal was the Red Buck Cigar's Fast Qualifier amongst the 46 entrants. Heat race winners were Jonathan Davenport, Don O'Neal, Steve Francis, and Ray Cook. Duke Whiseant and Chris Brown took the B-mains. Josh McGuire won the PRC Strawberry Dash.

There will be another $7,000 to win show for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series DART Winternationals at East Bay on Thursday night, February 16th.

Don O'Neal leads Scott Bloomquist in the weeklong DART Winternationals points chase after the first three events.

Don O'Neal Takes Back to Back Wins Tuesday Night at East Bay Raceway Park

Don O'Neal Takes Back to Back Wins Tuesday Night at East Bay Raceway Park

TAMPA, FL (February 14, 2012) - Don O'Neal of Martinsville, IN captured $5,000 tonight with his second win at the DART Winternationals East Bay Raceway Park on Tuesday Night. O'Neal took command of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned event and stormed on for his 14th career win at the 1/3 mile oval. John Blankenship of Williamson, WV passed Austin Hubbard of Seaford, DE on the final lap to place second. Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, TN and Steve Francis of Ashland, KY rounded out the top five.

The race got off to rough start with a false start. Then O'Neal and Shannon Babb, who started on the front row alongside each other, got together heading into turn number one on the second attempt to start the race. Babb suffered substantial damage, ending his night. In Victory Lane, O'Neal was subdued after the contact with Babb. "Man I hated that, Shannon and I are friends. I got in there and we got together, I drove it in wide-open. I think I blistered my tires again tonight as well. My hat's off again to this MasterSbilt crew, they've built a great race car, and thanks to Jay Dickens for building us such a stout engine. We are off to a great start this season," said the 47-year-old, who captured his 21st win in Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competition.

O'Neal led all 25 laps, but a heated battle lasted the entire distance for second. All eyes were on Blankenship and Hubbard. Those two swapped the second spot four times during the race with Blankenship in the Coal America's Energy, Cornett Racing Engines, Rocket Chassis going to the high-side, passing Hubbard coming off of turn number two on the final lap to capture the runner-up spot. Hubbard wound up third in the Tim Logan Racing, Trinity Logistics, Rocket Chassis Chevrolet.

O'Neal, who is fourth all-time in LOLMDS series wins, rode the cushion for most of the race and at times it appeared that both Blankenship and Hubbard were gaining ground on him. Once O'Neal reached traffic he was able to take command of the race. "Our goal is to win the Lucas Oil Series title this year and even though this doesn't count toward the season-long points we are going to be ready for Friday and Saturday for sure."

Bloomquist took fourth in his Hawkeye Trucking, Roush-Yates Racing Engines, Bloomquist Race Cars Ford. Francis grabbed fifth in the Valvoline, Clements Racing Engines, Barry Wright Race Cars Chevrolet.

Completing the top ten were Dennis Erb Jr. of Carpentersville, IL; Randy Korte of Highland, IL; Duke Whiseant of Texarkana, AR; Dillan White of Crofton, KY; and Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, GA.

In preliminary action, O'Neal was the Red Buck Cigars Fast Qualifier among the 43 entrants with a lap of 14.402 seconds. Heat races were won by O'Neal, Terry Casey, Shannon Babb, and John Blankenship. The B-main winners were Eric Jacobsen and Dillan White. The PRC Strawberry Dash was taken by Brandon Sheppard.
